You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you received the Goods or the date a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized Goods.
  • Goods that are perishable, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired.
  • Goods unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene purposes.
  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns for items that do not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We are not liable for Goods that are damaged or lost during return shipping. For this reason, we recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method. Refunds will not be processed without receipt of the Goods or proof of their return.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or were sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Completion Time

Commissioned pieces typically take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. However, the timeline may be extended depending on the complexity of the project.

Variations in Handmade Items

As all commissioned items are crafted by hand, slight variations in design and color compared to the reference image or description may occur. These differences are part of the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness of each item.

Returns and Refunds

Returns for commissioned items are not accepted under any circumstances. Additionally, refunds or partial refunds will not be provided unless the item is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
